The full-time pastor employed by SPWO serves as an <strong>independent conversation<\/strong> partner in many different situations, regardless of the faith or personal beliefs of those involved. This pastoral work is carried out from an <strong>ecumenical Christian inspiration<\/strong>, with the aim of promoting the wellbeing of individual employees within their working environment.<\/p><p>SPWO simply wants to contribute to the <strong>wellbeing<\/strong> of employees and their families who work and live abroad for Dutch dredging and civil engineering companies. Our pastor regularly visits projects both in the Netherlands and around the world.<\/p><p>The Christian faith \u2014 within a respected <strong>diversity of different worldviews and beliefs<\/strong> \u2014 is both literally and figuratively the foundation of our work.
